David Rosenberg is the Principal/Co-founder of Futures Financial. As a licensed real estate broker and loan officer spanning 20 years, he brings substantial experience to the world of real estate operations. He has worked across multiple industry domains, including residential distressed debt, traditional and non-traditional mortgage financing, asset management, ground-up construction, residential development, and selling mortgages on the secondary market.

David formally established his career in real estate finance at Countrywide Home Loans, where he averaged over 10 million dollars in monthly transactions and fostered critical relationships with stakeholders.

After a year of portfolio expansion at Kondaur Capital, David opened and ran the company’s Northeast division in New York in 2009. He generated over thirty million dollars in revenue and liquidated hundreds of residential assets.

In 2013, David returned to Los Angeles and transitioned into his position as founder of Macoy Capital, where he capitalized on his reputable interpersonal strengths, cultivating successful alliances between investors and stakeholders.
